A Sweet Something Blue Elopement Shoot

Garden inspired Wedding Ideas

Shades of blue and pops of blush take center stage at this Park Winters Spring wedding inspiration shoot.  This Northern California private estate served as the perfect inspiration to design this whimsical setting and showcase a modern love story.  The couple was all set to wed this year at the venue when a global pandemic changed their plans. They were forced to reschedule their wedding for the following Summer.  So you could say the shoot served as their official dress rehearsal.  One glimpse at these two and you can feel the love.  Their love story was beautifully captured by Holly D Photography who took advantage of all the beauty of the space.  KLO Events created a calming blue ombre effect with blush and cream adding some romantic and playful elements.   Blending in some vintage with modern details for the tabletop setting.    To showcase the garden-like vibe of the venue, Floral Designer, Vo Floral Design used lots of Spring blooms, including fragrance roses, anemones, blushing bride, ranunculus, lisianthus, and Dahlias in the bouquet and centerpieces.   Vendor Contributions  From Bubbly Bar Cart  Bubbly Bar drew inspiration from the color palette used throughout to add vibrance and elegance to their champagne bar rental cart.  Using florals and balloon design, this added touch of beauty helped tie into the overall sophistication.  Rachel Lusk styled the bride’s look, she wanted to create a feeling that was both effortless and chíc. A tousled chignon paired with soft, glowing skin complimented her bridal look perfectly.   Glass Slipper Gourmet incorporated natural and asymmetrical elements into the cake design. They chose a clean white fondant icing with strategic pops of color and added whimsy and organic free-flowing forms with the delicate rice paper sails. The color palette included multiple shades of blue, ranging from pale and dusty to vibrant and rich, which were included in the cake’s detailing. Delightfully, the cake’s handmade sugar flowers and fresh flowers were a perfect match!  Kate’s Calligraphy really wanted to play on the color palette to create pieces that would complement each other in unique and subtle ways.
