Breanna and Austin were introduced by a mutual friend, and five years later, Breanna returned home from work and, “He told me he wanted to show me something in our bedroom—and when I opened the door, he was down on one knee in his boxers, still wet from his shower!”
The couple decided to get married at the private Norwood Club in New York City. Breanna had previously worked the front desk, and they both loved the space’s outdoor back garden and the luxurious whimsy of the decor and the art. A friend of the couple officiated and played violin during the processional.
The wedding guests consisted of a large number of artists, performers and Broadway actors. Breanna is an actress herself and admitted that her favorite parts of the wedding were, “My first dance, having my friends play live music behind me (John Legend, Stay With You). And surprising everyone when I took the mic and sang my husband’s favorite song ‘Lullaby of Birdland.'”
