A Bengali multicultural wedding day at Stonegate Mansion in Fort Worth, Texas!
The beautiful traditions of a Southeast Asian wedding meet the western world in this multicultural wedding date at Stonegate Mansion in Fort Worth, Texas.
One of the most beautiful pieces of attire in a Southeast Asian wedding is the bridal wedding sari. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing one up close, you know that it is an ornate wedding gown covered in brocade. Brides also accent their wedding day saris by bangle bracelets and wedding day henna. Najwa, the bride from this wedding, wore a wedding day sari in a pastel shade of pink with white and silver accents. She chose a velvety blush shoe to complete her wedding day look. Her bridesmaids similarly wore wedding day saris in an equally gorgeous shade of pastel purple! In keeping with the traditional Bengali attire, the groom set off to the wedding ceremony in a golden sherwani. His groomsmen were outfitted in bold purple sherwanis for the day, which made a perfectly balanced contrast to the bridesmaid’s attire! After the wedding ceremony, the groom slipped into a white tux with a black lapel.
Florals for the multicultural wedding day at Stonegate Mansion were also designed using the signature color palette of soft pink and purple. The bridal bouquet was accented by bright bold pink flowers and set beside delicate white spray roses.
The newlywed’s treated their guests to a delicious tower of macaroons before bidding they were bid farewell with a sparkler exit!
