When planning out the details of the day, Sublime Luxury Weddings focused on using contrasting hues that really made the blue palace pop! Shades of gold were used to create an understated and luxurious environment. Hand-painted fine china and crystal adorned with gold made the table truly fit for royalty. The elegance, timelessness and class of all these elements were beautifully captured in fine art photography that has us all under a under a royal spell.
Decor fit for a Queen
The table is richly decorated with colorful flowers that set the tone for the whole day. The fine china, cutlery and crystal glasses were handmade in Portugal by Vista Alegre. The dinnerware design was created in cooperation with Palácio Nacional da Ajuda (Lisbon) and its origins date back to Chinese porcelain from 1821-1850. The handmade menus and placeholders evoked timeless elegance with their bespoke monograms, rich calligraphy and exquisite texture. The table linens brought everything together with a patterned pale gold-pink hue and was decorated with contrasting darker candles

They are the perfect bloom that your florist can use to create timeless designs and pair beautifully with just about any other flower.
Because of the venue’s royal palace vibes, the vendors wanted to bring its luxurious garden indoors and create elegant statement pieces with a modern twist. Gold has long been a color associated with royalty and the chosen colors reflect that same understated elegance. Gold also evokes warmth so it was naturally complimented with shades of blush, pink and orange, bringing this rich palette together with a winning combination.
The majestic 5 tier cake featured a clean white base and was decorated with handmade sugar flowers made to match the florals from the day. The design brought luxury and refinement to the decor. It’s simplistic details complimented the sophistication of the day and built upon the venue’s romantic ambiance.
The bride wore an elegant Mikado dress, with a surprising and stunning back that brought out her inner princess. The front was beaded, and the back was slightly see-through. A long veil was used for the ceremony. The groom is also dressed by the same designer, and wore a formal tuxedo, with a black silk bow and silver cufflinks.
