An elegant boho beach wedding day at Penfield Pavillion in Fairfield, Connecticut!
Jess and Alex were married in a beautiful church ceremony in Ansonia, Connecticut. After they said I do, they took to the beach at Penfield Pavilion in Fairfield Connecticut to host their wedding reception.
Jess was an elegant bride with a little bit of boho side. Her getting ready moments were spent in her bridal suite taking a few boudoir style portraits before slipping on her bridal gown.
For her church wedding ceremony, the bride wore a traditional long-sleeved wedding dress with a chapel length veil. When it came time for the beach reception, she switched out her veil for a fresh floral crown made of delicate baby’s breath and greenery. A few extra sprigs of baby’s breath were also tucked into her long flowing curls, isn’t that an amazing idea?!
The bridesmaids all wore flowy, drape style off the shoulder gowns in a light neutral shade. With each bridesmaid carrying a bouquet made of two dusty pink roses, white roses, and white hydrangea. The all-white and neutral themed color palette really popped when all of the ladies walked together in the sand!
The newlyweds finished off their night when a full moon bathed the beach! They also had some fun writing’ the word ‘love’ with sparklers in the sky before their guests bid them farewell with a more official sparkler exit!
