Searching for wedding inspiration that is elegant but with a bohemian twist? Melissa, from Forever and A Day Events and Design, and Christina, from Christina Leskovar Photography, worked side by side to create the perfect theme for brides who are big on color and details.
We are in love with the antique purple runner provided by The Rental Company. The gold rimmed dinnerware from Gigi & LaClede Vintage Dish Rentals were a beautiful touch to each place setting and perfectly complimented the grape jam favors, pink goblets, and gold flatware.
Let’s talk about those flowers by Forever and A Day Events and Design! The centerpiece was comprised of beautiful hues of white, pink, purple and yellow blooms arranged in an antique pink compote. The bride’s bouquet was made with the same blooms as the centerpiece to keep the theme flowing and paired perfectly with the bride’s lace top. In case you were wondering; the flowers used were Ranunculus, David Austin Rose Juliet, Tulips, Spray Roses, and Snapdragons.
The Bride’s gown from Ali Nicole Bridal was absolutely stunning. The blush tulle skirt and lace top complimented the aesthetic of the shoot so well. The color of the gown popped against the white brick walls of the venue. The Groom’s attire was a suit that had a combination of greys and browns in it and when paired with the hot pink tie, it really made the entire shoot come together.
The Bride’s hair and makeup were done flawlessly. Krystle Waivio Hair gave the bride a beautiful half up, braided style. Her long hair was loosely curled and purple blooms were placed throughout. Her eye makeup, done by Wonderfully Made Beauty, was comprised of pinks and browns and her cheekbones were lightly contoured as to not take away from the boldness of the eyes.
The stationery created by Sable & Gray Paper Co. has us swooning! The baby blue shade along with the other different elements to came together flawlessly. The watercolor design added just the right amount of elegance.
Ryke’s Bakery provided the desserts with a grand naked cake and fruit tarts. The sugared berries on the cake were the perfect finishing touch. The fruit tarts were topped with kiwis, strawberries, blackberries, and grapes.
The entire shoot was captured by Christina Leskovar Photography. The elegant yet boho aesthetic went extremely well with Christina’s light and airy style. She was able to bring each element of the shoot to life with the exact amount of dreamy softness.
