Bridgeport Weddings
A styled wedding that was inspired by the gardens of the French Impressionists and photographed inside a lofty event venue in Bridgeport, CT!
This styled wedding was directly inspired by vintage aspects of the French impressionists and the gardens that they painted. It was a collaboration between Connecticut-based wedding vendors who all came together in the interest of creating an inspiring look for a bride who loves a little delicacy mixed with romance, sparkling details, and lush design.
Mirroring the textures of French Impressionists, bold colors were used in the floral design and paired with pale lavender bridesmaids gowns. Deep burgundy velour seating was used to pull in a more updated vintage style.
The sweetheart table was utterly charming with a wood top and distressed white legs. Small delicate micro-sized floral arrangements adorned either side of the table with plenty of room for the bride and groom. And because this styled wedding was photographed in a loft style venue, oversized windows allowed light to stream in from every direction which illuminated the key design aspects and made the bride look positively ethereal.
The bridal gown is from designer, Anna Campbell’s “Eternal Heart Collection” and the beaded shoulder detail is a must if you are a romantic bride at heart! Multiple crisscrossed stands of glittery beaded detail cover the bride’s shoulders, which gives the gown a bejeweled bolero feel. The gown was provided by Everthine Bridal Boutique which is a New England staple and a must stop for any Connecticut bride.
