This glamorous wedding day at Gotham Hall in New York, New York was designed and inspired by a white and gold color palette.
Jackie and Aaron met at the FIDF Gala in NYC after being introduced by a mutual friend. They felt an immediate connection with one another and the rest, as they say, was history.
Jackie is an event designer and knew exactly what she wanted when it came to the design of her own wedding day. She always knew that she wanted an all-white wedding day that included touches of grey and gold. After saving tons of inspiration in the form of pictures, Jackie moved forward with her dream design. Another key part of Jackie’s wedding day vision was to be married under a ‘big cloud’. The idea for the big cloud came to life in the form of a large scale floral design. Baby’s breath, white orchids, stock, wisteria, spray roses, and peonies were used to make the design possible.
When it came to covering the bank teller walls inside their wedding venue at Gotham Hall in New York, voluminous ‘clouds’ were created out of baby’s breath. The ceiling of the foyer of Gotham Hall was completely covered with wisteria.
The bride and groom’s vision of mixing hard metals with heaps of soft flowers to create a modern twist on a wedding in a traditional venue was executed to perfection for a glamorous wedding!
