The bride and groom, Teri and Bryan, really embraced their children and their friend’s children and let them help to plan and coordinate the entire ceremony. The kids played the music on various instruments as Teri walked herself down the aisle. Her daughter sang “Your Song” (an Elton John remix by Ellie Goulding) during the ceremony.
Teri wore a simple, very elegant, Caroline De Villa gown and carried a bouquet of fresh lavender.
The reception included a head table draped in tulle which sat the bride, groom, and their three children.
After an amazing farm-fresh dinner served family style from Heritage Prairie Farm’s chef, the sweets table was another special treat from three different bakeries. Sweet Dreams in Sycamore provided the cake. All Chocolate Kitchen in Geneva provided the macaroons. Graham’s Chocolates, also Geneva, Illinois, created a special treat of Honey From the Farm infused truffles.
