Breathtaking Madison Beach Hotel Wedding

If you are from Connecticut like me, you know all about the Madison Beach Hotel. With it’s panoramic views and sandy shores it’s the perfect spot for a beachfront celebration.

Of course, Kim & Greg already knew all this as they planned their modern meets classic wedding. Since it was in October, they took advantage of the Autumn foliage and other cool fall colors that paint the New England skies during this time of year.

Kim rocked an amazing Sottero & Midgley gown, while her bridesmaids wore a gorgeous shade of burgundy to further compliment the season and color palette.

When the evening was over, they drove off in style in a Porsche getaway car!

I had such a an absolute rockin‘ time photographing these two! There were so many cool moments mixed in with the classic hollywood elegance of Kim’s amazing “Sottero and Midgley” gown (creating one of my favorite gowns like eva!) Also featured, Men wore “Converse All Star” Chuck taylor sneaks, and Kim wore amazing glittery “Guess” Heals.

“We truly knew after the first date there was something special between us because we were so much alike and just hit it off right away. Our relationship was a bit unconventional because Greg is a minor league baseball player, which means half of the year he is traveling all over the country for baseball. Therefore, we had to spend half the year long distance and I would travel every chance I could get to go see him, wherever that may be. Our relationship wasn’t always “easy” because we both had to be very flexible, but it allowed us to grow together, work as a team, and it also gave us many opportunities to explore new cities all over the country. We dated for 3 years before we got engaged. Greg and I got engaged on September 30, 2016 when he was home for the off season. He proposed on Gulf Beach in Milford which is where we live. It started to rain right as he was down on one knee which we laugh about now but also think is kinda special. “
