From the photographer: Abby & Peter are a fun adventurous couple and said that when they toured the Mayowood Stone Barn it “just felt right” for the location of their wedding.
On their wedding day they had to make the call of an barn ceremony or outdoors due to the weather. In my 8 years of photographing weddings I saw a first, they oped to do 2 ceremonies. One outside quick before the rain came and a 2nd ceremony with all their guests inside the barn loft. Both were 100% perfect and I felt left the couple with no regrets!
The color palette for the day was beautiful, touches of gold and soft colors. The bridesmaids wore different dresses that were boho inspired and the men wore navy with some of my favorite ties and suspender’s I’ve saw! In the barn decor was gold, with touches of dark and light colors.
The bride and groom were the stars of the night but in a close second place were the grooms grandparents, who celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary this year!
