Jett and Sydney first met while they were both working at the Boys and Girls Club during one of Jett’s off seasons. From that point on, they knew they were meant to be together. Jett is a professional MLB Player for the Milwaukee Brewers and Sydney is a counselor at a Catholic School.
Jett eventually proposed to Sydney in front of the iconic LOVE sign in Scottsdale! She was head over heels and he couldn’t wait to make her his wife.
For their Venue, they chose the Royal Palms Resort in Arizona. They fell in love with the location after having dinner at T Cook’s Restaurant. The regal setting was exactly what they were looking for and also happened to be the spot where they celebrated Sydney’s birthday and had their engagement dinner. So it was only fitting that they exchange their vows here as well.
Their photographer, Rachel Leintz, told us that Jett and Sydney were full of energy and excitement from the first day she met them. On their wedding day, they were both so into each other and took the time to savor each beautiful moment. During their intimate first look, the couple each took turns to read the vows they had written for the ceremony, shedding tears as they listened intently.
Sydney was a dream bride; she was stunning, sweet, and extremely easy going. Her gorgeous Berta Bridal gown was purchased from Nordstrom. Her makeup and hair were flawless. Jett was full of jokes and laughter. He was wearing a sharp black tux from Celebrity Tux and Tail.
The venue was elegantly decorated with deep red roses and petals. To add to the classic and romantic ambiance, floating candles lined the walkways. The cake was also decorated with the most beautiful velvet red roses we have ever seen. To make the night even more memorable, there was a surprise fireworks display that left the guests amazed.
