A note from the photographer: We were inspired to create this shoot for brides looking for a modern and elegant “feel” in their wedding. The look captures pure romance with its jewel tones and moody candle lighting. We teamed up with some of the leading vendors in our area and collaborated to create this magical and whimsical shoot. The shoot was designed and coordinated by J.Longmire Weddings and Events. It took place at La Cour Venue in McKinney, a gem nestled in the trees away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our bride modeled a long sleeve, lace dress by Pronovias from Sara’s Bridal Boutique with stunning hair and makeup by Cass Marie. Florals by the Pearl Petal added romance and elegance to the table, and to the stone inspired egg chairs by Propmaker Event Rentals. Also by Propmaker, a show-stopping emerald and velvet couch sat center stage of the lounge. Jasper Design Co. created gorgeous invitations and geometric place cards to compliment the theme, and Sweet Art Bakery created a glittering geode gemstone cake to tie everything together.
