This styled bridal portrait session was inspired by the grace and beauty that a ballerina exudes on her wedding day! Shot inside Queen Anne’s Loft in Newport, Rhode Island shades of pink and heaps of sparkle with soft florals and a ballet inspired wedding dress were used for the design elements.
The ballet bride slips on not one, but two different ethereal bridal gowns provided by Thistle Rose Bridal, in Mansfield, MA. The first bridal gown has a pop of color with a bold pink bridal belt and a floral printed skirting. The second gown has a sparkly cross over style bodice and a full tulle ball gown skirting, perfect for any ballerina bride. For shoes, the bride wears satin colored pointe shoes to dance her way through the photoshoot!
A ballet inspired wedding day look would not be complete without a crown. The beautiful bride wore a bespoke designed floral crown, crafted from blush florals and crisp greenery. The bride also carried a bridal bouquet in an all pink color palette, accented by the same greenery which graced her crown.
Glitz and glam were the main design elements when it came to the sweetheart table setup! A sparkly gold, floor length table linen sets the tone for the table decor. Tall gold votive holders in varying heights are displayed from end to end of the sweetheart table, and the bride sets down her bouquet on the table for an added layer of design.
